Autobackup : This is the free version of my document backup tool, complete with source code. Written in C# and using .NET 2.0, you can get the free community editions of C# from Microsoft and go to town. This is a great way to take a look at basic C# functions like browsing for a file, populating textboxes, copying files... a great way to learn from code.
There is some in-code documentation in there as well to help you.

NOTE: Before compiling, go to Chilkat.com and grab the free 30 day trial of their .net 2.0 component. Licensing restrictions forbid me from including it in the download, but if you get the free one and add the reference, the app will compile and run great.
